Job summary

Zero Dropouts LLC is launching the Field Academy pilot in the Denver-Aurora area. The Program Administrator will teach and support students across diverse settings, including classrooms, community spaces, and expeditions.

You will recruit, enroll, onboard, and support students and families, design rigorous learning experiences, manage student records, and help establish scalable systems for future growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Colorado Teaching License (7-12).
• Experience designing and delivering curriculum or meaningful learning experiences.
• Strong relationship-building with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, onboard, and support Field Academy students and families.
• Build trusting relationships with students while maintaining high engagement and growth expectations.
• Provide individualized student support and case management; monitor progress and resources.
• Review and transfer transcripts and academic records to determine graduation progress.
