Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Line Regulatory Review Representative in the Fiduciary Review Group (FRG) to perform administrative reviews of Personal Trust accounts and ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.

The role requires extensive regulatory experience, trust administration understanding, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Location expectations include working at a U.S. Bank site for three or more days weekly and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Understanding of trust/estate administration principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and periodic administrative reviews for Personal Trust accounts.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by verifying documentation and fees align with governing documents and laws.
• Serve as primary consultant/resource for assigned regions/branches and mentor new team members.
