Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Line Regulatory Review Representative to lead and support fiduciary regulatory reviews. The role focuses on personal trust accounts, estates, and IRA structures, ensuring alignment with governing documents, policies, and laws.

You will mentor teammates, share training, and collaborate with internal partners across regions. Location requires being onsite several days per week; a Bachelor’s degree and extensive regulatory compliance experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically eight or more years of experience in regulatory compliance activities

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and periodic administrative reviews for Personal Trust accounts.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by confirming account coding, documentation, fees, and administration are consistent with governing document provisions, internal policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Serve as the primary consultant/resource for assigned regions/branches; work collaboratively with internal partners to address questions and remediate issues identified during the administrative review process.
• Communicate proactively with other review team members and internal partners to ensure consistency.
• Identify potential risks and elevate for discussion or resolution as appropriate.
• Create and present training materials for reviewers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned topic(s).
• Serve as a primary mentor/co-mentor for new team members.
• Assist with team initiatives. These may include contributing to periodic communications, development of management reporting, and other initiatives.
• Participate in special projects at the direction of the FRG Team Leader.
