Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Line Regulatory Review Representative in Saint Paul, MN. The role conducts administrative reviews of Personal Trust accounts, ensuring alignment with governing documents and laws. You will partner with internal teams to address issues and mentor junior staff.

You will leverage expertise in trust administration and regulatory compliance to mitigate risk and enhance reviewer training while contributing to special FRG initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of trust/estate administration and account types.
• Office software and trust tools such as SEI/SWP, Nexus, Advantage Fee, and SEI Compliance Services.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and periodic administrative reviews for Personal Trust accounts.
• Ensure compliance by verifying account coding, documentation, fees, and administration align with governing documents and laws.
• Serve as primary consultant for assigned regions; collaborate with internal partners to address issues identified during reviews.
• Create training materials and mentor new team members.
