Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a FICO CCS subject-matter expert to support banking operations in the United States. You will be the primary SME for FICO CCS and related cash management applications, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting enhancements, testing, and production issue resolution.

• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for FICO CCS and related cash management applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support application enhancements, implementations, testing, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide expertise in cash management, treasury services, payment processing, and transaction operations.
• Support project delivery, defect management, regulatory compliance, and change management activities.
