Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for an Associate to join the Markets Investments & Acquisitions team within Digital Markets.

You will identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact strategic investments, warrants, NewCos/JVs, and portfolio initiatives across the FICC trading businesses, collaborating with leaders across Trading, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, and Technology. The role spans thematic research, due diligence, financial analysis, structuring, negotiation, and post-investment governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
2+ years in investment banking, corporate development, or strategic investments.
Strong analytical and financial skills with valuation and modeling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support evaluation and execution of investments, warrants, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct diligence across market landscape, financials, and strategic fit.
Assist in structuring terms and negotiating investment agreements.
Prepare materials for governance forums and investment committees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Support portfolio management and post-investment governance.
Monitor industry trends and engage with external founders/investors.
