Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial resource management, treasury, corporate development, or strategy within capital markets or banking.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet management and liquidity frameworks.
• Experience with broker-dealer capital frameworks (SEC Rule 15c3-1) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis and financial resource management across FICC desks and products.
• Develop capital attribution and allocation methodologies for risk-adjusted performance.
