Qualifications

• Experience advising on US securities laws and regulations in a large financial institution.
• Experience with risk assessment and control frameworks in FIC/IB settings.
• Proven ability to challenge business on controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise FIC Americas on Firm policies and applicable securities laws; draft, update and implement policies.
• Provide regulatory training and assist in documenting supervisory/control mechanisms.
• Participate in investigations, respond to inquiries, and coordinate audits/inspections with regulators.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure effective control framework and challenge risk/self assessments.
• Contribute to global monitoring program and verify annual monitoring plan compliance.
