Job summary

Chenega Services and Federal Solutions, LLC. is hiring a FIBWA Training Coordinator to lead field identification of biological warfare agents training for DoD missions.

The role covers curriculum development, equipment management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement while supporting BSL-1/BSL-2 lab environments. The incumbent will manage course delivery, write protocols, and coordinate guest instructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Typically requires five (5) or more years of related laboratory experience consistent with a Laboratory Technician 4 labor category.
• Experience supporting laboratory diagnostics, biosurveillance, biological threat detection, or related laboratory operations.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment, inventories, and controlled laboratory environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities including GLP, CLIP, and DoD laboratory requirements.
• Experience preparing technical reports, training documentation, and instructional materials.
• Ability to coordinate complex training programs and manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and manage training requests and feedback.
• Oversee daily operations of training spaces, including procurement, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and update course POIs; review curriculum with leadership and customers.
• Plan and execute complex training as primary instructor for FIBWA courses.
• Prepare training materials, slide decks, scripts, and schedules; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain training records; assist with certification processes.
• Represent the program to customers through briefings, demonstrations, and collaborations.
