Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC is seeking a FIBWA Training Coordinator to lead and coordinate Field Identification of Biological Warfare Agents training for DoD field detection and biosurveillance missions. The role covers classroom and lab operations, curriculum updates, and stakeholder engagement across BSL-1/2 environments.

Responsibilities include developing POIs, coordinating training scenarios, preparing materials, and evaluating learner performance while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Typically requires five (5) or more years of related laboratory experience consistent with a Laboratory Technician 4 labor category.
• Experience supporting laboratory diagnostics, biosurveillance, biological threat detection, or related laboratory operations.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment, inventories, and controlled laboratory environments.
• Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities including GLP, CLIP, and DoD laboratory requirements.
• Experience preparing technical reports, training documentation, and instructional materials.
• Ability to coordinate complex training programs and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external Government agencies to schedule and manage training requests.
• Oversee daily operations of USAMRIID and FIBWA classroom and teaching laboratory spaces, including procurement and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and maintain Points of Instructions (POIs) for each course with DSD SMEs and the FIBWA Program Director.
• Plan and execute complex training scenarios as the primary instructor for FIBWA courses.
• Prepare course materials including slide decks, scripts, and schedules for each course.
• Evaluate student performance with tests and practical exams and maintain training records.
