Located in La Crosse, WI. This production role involves stacking fiberglass materials, cutting and finishing products, maintaining machine readiness, and quality checks. Ideal candidates are physically capable, can read a tape measure, and are reliable team players who can follow production orders

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, etc).
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Stack fiberglass materials
• Cut and finish products
• Keep machines stocked and running
• Perform quality checks
• Follow production orders and setup sheets
• Assist with machine setup/shutdown
