Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Day shift Manufacturing Associates to remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect quality, and prep for the next step in a clean, air‑conditioned facility. We offer training, a safety‑minded environment, and opportunities to grow.

The 12‑hour rotating day shift runs 6:30 AM–6:45 PM, with a 3‑day weekend every other week. Pay is $20.75 per hour plus a $4 weekend premium and OT; 12‑hour shifts pay $23.64 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Basic computer proficiency for production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and visually inspect parts for quality.
• Use measuring tools to verify part accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws) safely to keep production moving.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
