Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Manufacturing Associates for a 12-hour overnight shift. You will remove finished fiberglass parts, inspect quality, and prep for the next step in a clean, air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications.
• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to ensure quality.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy.
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to sustain production.
• Provide support in training new team members as needed.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes.
