Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to develop skills and cross-train across areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3–5 employees and coordinate daily tasks.
• Read CAD plans and fabrication drawings to guide production.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts and skid steers as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, and workflow standards on the shop floor.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
