Job summary

NOV is seeking a dependable team member for a hands-on manufacturing role in Tulsa, OK. You will maintain a clean and safe work area, follow schedules, and comply with HSE standards while supporting team operations.

The role requires physical stamina to stand long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements. Prior manufacturing exposure, reliability, and willingness to learn are valued traits at NOV.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability.
• Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• High attention to detail and quality of work.
• Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures.
• Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift.
