Wausau Tile is seeking a motivated Laminator to join our production team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on applying laminations to molds used in our precast concrete products, requiring mechanical aptitude, safety mindset, and willingness to cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities include mold construction/repair, material application, achieving consistent lamination finish, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Lamination or fiberglass experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and fabrication drawings.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or in a team setting.
