NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a skilled laminator/operator to prepare molds, apply fiberglass laminate and gelcoat using a chopper gun and spray equipment.

You will follow master schedules, ensure quality standards, and perform safe, supervised work while addressing process issues as they arise. The role requires the ability to mix two-part resin safely, operate resin pumping and spray systems, wear PPE, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Safe handling and mixing of two-part resin.
• Operate a pneumatic hybrid resin pumping system with chopper applicator.
• Operate a Graco hydraulic reactor spray gun.
• Must wear protective equipment including respirator, protective clothing, gloves, eyewear and ear plugs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and co-workers.
• Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to make independent judgments with moderate organizational impact.

Responsabilités

• Operator sets molds into the spray area and applies laminate evenly.
• Ensure laminate thickness is consistent across the mold surface.
• Follow click count cards to control fiberglass quantity.
• Mix catalyst and resin and remove air pockets after lamination.
• Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot chopper gun and related equipment.
• Complete paperwork/inventory as required and maintain clean work area.
• Work in environments including outdoors and non-temperature-controlled facilities.
