Job summary

InfoWest in St. George, Utah is seeking an Infrastructure Installation Technician to bring our fiber and wireless network to life. You’ll install and terminate CAT5/CAT6 and fiber, align wireless antennas, and configure routers so customers are online from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience in construction or trades.
• Basic networking, computers, and router knowledge helpful.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate CAT5/CAT6 and fiber optic cable.
• Provision and align wireless internet antennas.
• Configure routers for immediate online service.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Follow OSHA and safety protocols on every job.
