  • Prepare equipment for jobs and maintain company-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.

  • Attend training sessions and professional certification opportunities.
  • Attend safety meetings and training, and follow OSHA and all other applicable safety rules and company policies at all times.
  • Use all required safety equipment for the task at hand.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Need
  • Physical ability and willingness to climb towers while following all required safety procedures.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions, including high and low temperatures.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Basic AC/DC electrical skills; knowledge of low-voltage wiring is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with respect and courtesy toward teammates and customers.
  • Basic familiarity with personal computers and routers.
  • Willingness to take part in rotational on-call coverage.
  • Construction or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Working Conditions and Schedule
  • Primarily outdoor work in varying weather, with some indoor work.
  • 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional schedule changes may occur as projects require.
