Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a post-offer drug screen.
• Overtime is required and built into the schedule rotation.
• Must be safety-conscious due to hazards from boiler systems and heavy equipment.
• Physical requirements include heavy lifting, high temperature environments, respirator use, and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• General clean-up/housekeeping in digester and screen room areas and threading the wet lap machine.
• Team-based support to washer operator, screen room operator, and digester cook to troubleshoot system issues.
• Monitor systems with technology and make adjustments to maintain runnability.
• Uphold safety standards and participate in safety improvements.
• Follow manufacturing and hygiene processes to meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
