Hardy Industries seeks skilled Fiber Testing and Splicing Technicians to support nationwide clients. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, fusion splicing, jumper replacement, and identifying faults across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Fiber, I.T., or Telecom experience is preferred.
• Experience with OTDRs, power meters, light sources, and fiber certification equipment.
• Familiarity with single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of fiber optic and technical tasks, including testing, splicing, and installation.
• Fuse and mechanical splicing; ensure proper technique and safety.
• Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fiber certification for links.
• Inspect, clean, and remediate connectors; troubleshoot faults.
• Document test results, splicing records, and project deliverables.
• Work independently across various environments and coordinate with clients.
