Job summary

Bluepeak is seeking an Installation and Repair Technician to install, repair, modify, and upgrade telecom systems and related equipment. You will deliver fiber-rich internet to customers’ doorsteps and ensure systems operate at peak performance.

The role requires evaluating customer needs, performing routine tests, and resolving faults while maintaining inventory and safety standards. On-site work, strong technical aptitude, and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in telecom preferred.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Able to lift up to 90 pounds and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, modify and upgrade telecommunications systems.
• Evaluate customer needs and select appropriate solutions.
• Run routine tests to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform diagnostic testing to resolve faults.
• Maintain inventory on the service vehicle.
• Investigate and address customer concerns promptly.
