You will assist crews, maintain safe work areas, and perform manual labor tasks to support fiber installation and pole placement while learning essential telecom construction skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work as part of a crew.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong desire to learn fiber optic and telecom construction skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist crews with loading/unloading fiber, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas around telecom construction sites.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment under supervision.
• Provide traffic control and site setup support.
• Perform manual labor tasks to support fiber installation and pole placement.
