Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is seeking Groundmen to support telecommunications construction crews with fiber installation and utility pole projects. This entry-level role is ideal for those beginning a career in telecom construction.

You will assist crews, maintain safe work areas, and perform manual labor tasks to support fiber installation and pole placement while learning essential telecom construction skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical labor outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work as part of a crew.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong desire to learn fiber optic and telecom construction skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
