Job summary

GridSource is seeking Fiber Technicians for Warren and Cortland, OH, to perform residential fiber installation and maintenance. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered, and candidates must bring their own truck, van, or SUV with a ladder rack and 28-foot fiberglass ladder and midspan hooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential fiber installation.
• Must provide own vehicle and ladder equipment.
• Own tools and Android smartphone required.
• PPE and boots with defined heel.
• Flexible hours; weekend work may be required.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Good driving record.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs.
• Willing to work with minimal supervision.
