Job summary

GridSource is seeking Fiber Technicians in West Plains, MO to install and maintain high-speed fiber networks. You must have your own truck/van/SUV with a ladder rack and a 28’ fiberglass ladder, plus PPE and an Android smartphone. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities include residential fiber installation, safety compliance, teamwork, and professional customer interaction. Weekend work may be required and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Fiber Installation.
• Own vehicle (truck/van/SUV) with ladder rack and 28’ fiberglass ladder.
• Own tools and PPE, Android smartphone required.
• Able to pass background and drug screening and lift 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential fiber installation and maintenance.
• Observe safety rules and company policies.
• Assist other technicians and support sales/marketing activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers and convey product/services benefits.
