Qualifications

3+ years in field engineering or construction support (telecommunications/fiber preferred).
Hands-on fiber installation in field construction environments.
Strong understanding of fiber optic systems and infrastructure.
Experience with QA/QC inspections and field documentation.

Responsibilities

Field Execution & Coordination: support day-to-day fiber installation activities and coordinate with field supervision and project teams.
QA/QC: perform inspections to ensure work meets specs and client requirements; verify fiber infrastructure components.
Documentation & Reporting: maintain redline drawings, create as-built docs, track production logs, and assist RFIs/submittals.
