Ervin Cable Construction LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Splicer Supervisor to lead teams in the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant. The role requires a solid understanding of telecom networks and familiarity with fiber optics, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will supervise staff, review plans, and drive efficient task completion while coordinating with contractors, vendors, and customers to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 3 years related work experience.
• Previous supervisory/ managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities
