Job summary

Ansco- in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Manager Fiber Splicing to supervise the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecom plant. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and a strong knowledge of telecommunications network structure.

This on-site role requires an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks with employees, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
