Dycom Industries, Inc. is hiring a Splicing Manager in Alpharetta, GA to supervise the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant.

The role requires understanding of telecom network structure and fiber optic systems, with leadership over a team guiding safety, quality, and efficiency. The position focuses on overseeing tasks, ensuring reports are accurate, and implementing processes to support project delivery.

A successful Splicing Manager shall supervise employees in the preparation, splicing, and enclosing of fiber optic and coaxial telecommunications plant. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; familiarity with fiber optic.

• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
