Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience acceptable.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• DOT medical card/pass required.
• 6 months splicing or 1 year telecom experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot network circuits after install.
• Ensure splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely work at various heights; travel and work outdoors in all weather.
• Complete daily vehicle maintenance and document work in reports.
• Record material usage and map updates in daily production reports.
