E2 Optics, a Woman-Owned technology integrator, is seeking a skilled fiber splicing installer to join our Columbus project teams. You will read splice records, terminate and splice high-count fiber, and ensure safe, quality installations on demanding data center builds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 within first 2 weeks of role.
• 3+ years in structured cabling, installing, terminating and splicing.
• Minimum 1 year in a fiber splicing role or related construction.
• Read, write and understand English; read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Read splice records and splice fibers according to records.
• Terminate and breakout outside fiber.
• Pull and splice high-count OSP fiber cables.
• Read floor plans, drawings, and cut sheets.
• Maintain job site organization and safety compliance.
