Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Fiber Splicer II for on-site work to fuse optical fibers and maintain our telecommunications network. The role supports reliable, high-quality connections across the growing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• At least two years of fiber splicing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid State driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT medical certificate/pass DOT physical.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Upgrade existing fiber sheaths with new fiber sheath material.
• Provide guidance to other splicers as needed.
• Document work performed via daily reports and maps.
