Qualifications

• 6 months splicing experience or 1 year in telecommunications.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot the network’s circuit post-installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet customer and industry standards.
• Safely navigate working at varying heights and environments.
• Complete basic daily maintenance of vehicles and report material usage.
• Document work through daily production reports and maps.
