The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam. Join a team dedicated to safe, reliable network construction and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months splicing experience or 1 year in telecommunications preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and obtain a valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Perform cable upgrades and splicing tasks, both aerial and underground.
• Test, activate, and troubleshoot network circuits after installation.
• Ensure all splicing operations meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Safely work at heights and navigate between underground and aerial work sites.
• Complete routine vehicle maintenance and daily production reporting.
