Job summary

Lyte Fiber, LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Technician for SMB and residential fiber installations in the Houston area. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber optic internet and voice services at customer sites, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The technician will set up CPE, ONTs, routers, and VoIP services, while assisting with basic network configurations. Travel to Lyte markets may be required for launches and surge work.
