Job summary

Uniti's Kinetic Construction team seeks a Manager to lead a skilled group responsible for the safe and timely installation of aerial, buried and underground fiber. You will allocate resources, guide engineering and construction activities, and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety standards.

You will visit job sites, review performance data, and report to the Staff Manager. Travel up to 50% and potential deployments to other states are possible as projects expand.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5-7 years professional experience with 0-2 years supervisory experience, or 9+ years in engineering/technical roles with 0-2 years supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly staff meetings and provide direction for engineering, construction, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Ensure resources with proper tools/processes for project execution.
• Visit job sites to validate workmanship and ensure safety standards.
• Manage budgets, scope, and approvals; monitor performance data and reporting.
