Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years FTTH/OSP design with relocation and coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, 3-GIS, Vetro, ArcGIS or similar GIS tools.
• Experience interpreting plans and coordinating with agencies.
• Knowledge of permitting, ROW/easement, tracker management and agency coordination.
• Strong organizational, data management, and multitasking skills.
• Experience facilitating city/agency meetings for relocation projects.
• Familiarity with GIS workflows and relocation documentation.
• Knowledge of OSP architectures, fiber splicing, ISP/MDU design.
• Microsoft Office & Google Workspace proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop designs for repairs, relocations, and special requests on fiber OSP.
• Review relocation notices, agency plan sets, and conflict reports to determine scope and impacts.
• Support engineering by monitoring communications, field questions, and field/ construction team needs.
• Maintain and update project trackers with information from municipalities, agencies, field reps, and stakeholders.
• Process client and stakeholder data to support relocation planning and workflow management.
• Ingest repair and relocation documentation into GIS and maintain records.
• Attend city, agency, and utility coordination meetings to review plans and relocation requirements.
• Coordinate design sequencing with field and construction teams to avoid delays.
• Maintain as-built documentation reflecting final relocation work.
• Support process improvements to enhance design quality and team responsiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
