Position Overview:

Term: 1+ year
Location: Remote (100% travel)
Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Hours: Standard business hours

Our Field Services Team adds value by delivering solutions that foster long-term customer relationships. As a first-line responder, you will communicate effectively, organize and triage customer issues, and proactively address potential problems. With formal training provided, you will be equipped to meet customer needs promptly.

Responsibilities of the Field Services Technician:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and RealID/Passport for travel
• At least 25 years of age
• Proficiency with PC skills, basic electronics, and hardware and OS familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
• Willingness to travel extensively by car
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. alone, 150 lbs. with assistance
• Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manual manipulation
• Willingness to undergo training for various certifications
• Basic set of hand tools (screwdrivers, crimpers, pliers, etc.)

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Experience with hardware addition/removal and wiring
• Ability to perform verification and testing
• Understanding of job specifications and drawings
• Capability to interpret Scope of Work and prepare Job Change Orders
• Ability to assign work and prepare Method of Procedures (MOP)
• Experience in writing Job Information Memorandums (JIMs)
• Problem-solving skills for job specifications and drawings
• Experience in marking and correcting drawings and conducting quality inspections
