Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operation of one or more work stations with minimal supervision.

• Controls nonconforming material and supports disposition with root-cause analysis.
• Identifies process improvements and participates in Lean Daily Management.
• Follows safety guidelines, maintains safety record, and adheres to quality standards.
• Responds to multiple assignments, supports overtime when needed.
• Keeps work area clean and assists with training peers.
