Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a dynamic production environment.
• Bonus exposure: fiber optics or wire & cable, ERP systems, Excel, or Minitab.

Responsabilités

• Investigate manufacturing trends and solve real production problems.
• Implement process changes to boost throughput and product quality.
• Partner with operators to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Support new product trials and iterate on process methods.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist with machine setups, and coordinate upgrades.
• Analyze run data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production.
• Develop SOPs, training content, and technical documentation for consistency.
