Job summary

FiberTel, LLC, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Sacramento to provide administrative project support for OSP-West operations. You will work with Construction Managers and Coordinators to keep field activities on track and handle timecards, materials, reports, scheduling, and invoicing.

The role offers pay of $28-34/hr DOE and requires strong communication skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelors preferred, not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction coordinator role or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Email.
• Time management and project management skills; valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Works with Construction Managers & other Coordinators to ensure administrative/field activities for OSP-West projects.
• Tracks timecards, materials, mark for locates, daily reports, scheduling, cost control, change-order tracking, and invoices.
• Assists Project Team with bid documentation and bid reviews preparation.
• Meets productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifies process improvements.
• Helps manage expenses and supports cost-saving actions
