Job summary

TE Connectivity Arden location seeks an Assembly Operator V for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM) to perform advanced fiber optic cable assembly, testing, and related tasks. You will train others, support new product launches, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in fiber optic assembly.
• Proficient dexterity and motor skills for intricate work.

Responsibilities

• Polish and test fiber optic cables.
• Assemble and package fiber optic connector components.
• Operate fiber router and complete over-molding process as needed.
• Support prototype product builds and pre-release NPI builds as needed.
