Job summary

Multilink is hiring an assembler to prepare sub-assemblies and finished products to exact length, shape and orientation. You will read blueprints, use hand and air-powered tools, and follow setup documents to select tooling. The role requires basic inspection, fixture loading, and safe material handling with forklift/pallet jack.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, adhering to 5S practices and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to implement or respond to change and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sub-assemblies and finished products to required specs using hand and air tools.
• Assemble LAN Premise products and manage appropriate tooling per setup docs.
• Report material, production and quality issues; participate in basic maintenance.
• Load fiber assemblies and panels, perform simple in-process inspections and tests.
