Job summary

Cs-Contract-Solutions is seeking a Fiber I&R Technician in Lima, OH to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for residential and commercial clients. The role is full-time, W-2, with paid training and a performance-based pay structure.

Primary service area is Lima, OH with a one-week paid training in Bedford, NH. Expect to lift up to 80 lbs, own tools, and travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber optic installation and maintenance.
• Own a truck/van/SUV with ladder rack and required tools.
• Smartphone, laptop, and Excel required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic systems for customers.
• Complete pre-install work orders and verify service performance.
• Provide product education to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA regulations.
• Log work orders and time in internal systems.
• Support other technicians as needed.
