Qualifications

• Assists with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks.
• Adheres to safety protocols and OSHA practices.
• Works across multiple job sites maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber splice enclosures and perform onsite fiber optic cable work.
• Perform fusion splicing and testing (OLTS, light level).
• Coordinate daily crew activities and ensure safe, high-quality work sites.
• Maintain equipment and tools and inspect them daily.
• Ensure work complies with company safety policies and OSHA rules.
