Job summary

Vero Networks is seeking a Telecom Field Technician based in California to install, repair, and maintain customer equipment on-site. You will travel as needed, perform fiber splicing, test services, and troubleshoot outages while following safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include outdoor work in diverse weather, operation of company vehicles, and collaboration with Engineering and Support teams to complete installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience installing & handling fiber optic cable types including single mode & multimode.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, if necessary.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to established standards.
• Strong sense of accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Install and test new customer services at residential or business locations.
• Perform fiber splicing and troubleshoot network outages.
• Read and interpret network diagrams and instructions; operate company vehicle safely.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Service Delivery to complete installations.
