Qualifications

• Industry experience: 3+ years with directional drilling crews in utility construction.
• Leadership experience supervising teams on field projects.
• Stakeholder management with Environmental Monitors, DOT/OSHA, municipalities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and adjust construction drawings/prints.
• Direct experience with utility locating systems.
• Strong computer skills and data management abilities.
• Valid driver's license required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day fiber optic construction activities.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure safe, quality practices with crews.
• Field Engagement: Work in the field with crews 75% of the day.
• Field Verification: Verify progress using utility locators, measure depths/offsets.
• Data Collection: Capture pictures, bore logs, and other data for QC.
• Quality Assurance: Apply metrics to ensure compliance with specs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts on rotation.
