Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Demand Planner in Charlotte, NC, to support a high-volume fiber network materials environment. You will forecast demand, plan supply, and manage inventory lifecycle across thousands of SKUs, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This hybrid role requires advanced Excel, experience with MRP systems, and a track record of driving process improvements in large enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or related functions.
• Strong experience with MRP systems and large SKU counts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Deep understanding of inventory movement, controls, reconciliation, and planning processes.
• Experience in large, complex commercial or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans across a large portfolio of materials.
• Manage planning activities for 3,000+ SKUs within an MRP-driven environment.
• Align material supply plans with business demand requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively mitigate supply risks.
