Qualifications

• Associate degree in communications or equivalent required.
• Experience in installation and repair or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and test transport and access network equipment.
• Maintain fiber transport systems, routers, firewalls, and switching systems.
• Perform service orders including installation and testing of network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and customer equipment issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment sites and systems.
• Assist with fiber restoration and testing operations.
• Support communication and coordination with internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
